Grillo, a native Sicilian grape & very much a rarity on our shores. Typically neutral in character, some clever use of skin contact here has been employed to extract as much aromatics, grip and texture as possible. Lemon three ways; zest, balm and curd all apparent along with orange blossoms into cumquats, baked green apple and almond meal like savouriness. Only 858 bottles ever made.
