Carte Blanche is a blend of all BK’s single vineyard wines whereby certain barrels took on a bit of a different direction. The result is a delicious, savoury expression of Hills chardonnay. Expect green apple and melon fruit, before nougat, cheese rind & green olive brine. Plenty of new oak, but well integrated, medium bodied. As savoury as Aussie Chardonnay gets.
